I got the name for this cookbook from a restaurant that I worked at in the '70's. It was known for it's crispy fried chicken, mashed potatoes and gravy. However, many other delicious dishes were served, as well. In this book you will find a collection of recipes that are diverse and delicious. Many of these dishes were served at the Chick-Inn. Most can be found in your favorite restaurants.
