These are the best! So easy. We use to make these and sell at the concession stand at ball games. Of course we made this in batches of 50 lbs of meat for the games. Always sold out!

Ingredients For chopped bbq sandwiches

5 lbstew meat

1 bottlebbq sauce (i use kraft hickory flavor)

1onion

salt and pepper

water

How To Make chopped bbq sandwiches

1Put the stew meat into the pan, salt and pepper. Chop the onion, add to the meat. Add just enough water to cover the meat. Pour the BBQ sauce in and stir.

2Let the meat come to a boil. Stir occationally. Add water as needed. Once the meat starts to soften turn the heat down to a simmer. Stir the meat often. It will start falling apart. Use your wooden spoon to mash or chop the meat occationally. Let simmer until you have the sauce at the consistancy you like.

3Serve on your favorite bun.
