Are you living "high on the hog?"
If you are, you're probably eating a lot of ham and chops which come from the part of the pig above the belly. Bacon, on the other hand, comes from the pig's belly--not so high on the hog. I just took a look at this recipe book, wow, so many delicious choices, I think I gained a few pounds just looking at these delicious foods. You did a excellent job Ellen!
