A favorite of mine. This is wonderful with fresh tomatoes from the garden..a great way for kids to get their vegetables..A must try..enjoy!..I sometimes heat it up with hot pepper flakes..Yum! This is great served cold also..

Ingredients For tomato and bacon spaghetti

8ounces uncooked spaghetti

1/2 lbbacon

2 ccherry tomatoes, halved

3 cfresh baby spinach
-
1/4 cbalsamic vinegarette dressing

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tsppepper

grated parmesan cheese
How To Make tomato and bacon spaghetti

1Cook spaghetti according to package directions.

2Meanwhile, in a large skillet, cook bacon over medium heat until crisp. Remove to paper towels with a slotted spoon; drain, reserving 2 tablespoons drippings. Saute tomatoes in drippings until tender. Drain spaghetti; stir into skillet. Add the spinach, bacon, vinaigrette, salt and pepper; heat through. Sprinkle with cheese.
