1 pkgextra wide egg noodles

1/2 ccooking water

2 Tbspbutter

1 pkgfully cooked pork sausage links, cut into 1

1 lgonion, chopped

1 - 16 oz pkgsauerkraut, drained

1granny smith apple, cored & chopped

2 Tbspbutter

1 tspmarjoram, dried

1/4 tsppepper

salt, to taste
How To Make sausage, noodles 'n sauerkraut

1Cook noodles according to package directions; drain, reserving 1/2 C cooking water.

2Meanwhile, in large skillet, melt butter over medium high heat. Add sausage & onion; cook, stirring occasionally, until sausage is browned & onion is tender, about 8 - 10 minutes.

3Add sauerkraut, apple, butter, marjoram & pepper; cook stirring, until sauerkraut is browned & apple is tender, about 4 - 5 minutes.

4Stir in noodles & reserved cooking water. Cook until heated through, about 1 - 2 minutes. Season with salt.
