Ingredients For cheddar, bacon and potato frittata

1 lbnew red potatoes, cooked, cooled and sliced

1/2 ckraft shredded triple cheddar cheese with a touch of philidelphia

1/3 creal bacon bits -- or 8 slices cooked and crumbled bacon

3green onions, sliced

6eggs
-
1/4 cmilk
-
1/3 cmayonnaise

1/2 tspsalt

1/4 tspblack pepper
How To Make cheddar, bacon and potato frittata

1Place the sliced potatoes in a 9-inch pie plate sprayed with cooking spray; top with cheese, bacon and onions.

2Whisk eggs and milk in medium bowl until blended. Add mayo, salt and pepper; mix well. Pour over potato mixture.

3Bake in a preheated 350º oven for 25 to 30 minutes or until center is set. Let stand 10 minutes before serving. Cut into wedges to serve.
