Ingredients For ham & cheese potato extraordinaire

  • 1 can
    (10-3/4 oz.) condensed cream of celery soup, undiluted
  • 1 c
    sour cream
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 1/2 tsp
    salt
  • 1/4 tsp
    pepper
  • 1 pkg
    (28 oz.) frozen o'brien potatoes
  • 8 oz
    velveeta process cheese, cubed
  • 1-1/4 c
    cubed fully cooked ham

How To Make ham & cheese potato extraordinaire

    In a large bowl, mix soup, sour cream, water, salt and pepper until blended. Stir in potatoes, cheese and ham.

    Transfer to a greased 11x7" baking dish. Bake in a preheated 375º oven, covered, for 40 minutes. Uncover; bake 10-15 minutes longer or until bubbly. Let stand 10 minutes before serving.
