8 ozcooked and drained pasta - i used a mixture

1 canevaporated milk
-
1 cancream of cheddar soup
-
8 ozblock- white sharp cheddar cheese - shredded

1/4 creal bacon bits - divided
-
pinchcayenne pepper, optional
-
1/8 tspnutmeg
-
1/2 tspeach - salt, pepper and onion powder

4 Tbspbutter
-
handfulseasoned panko crumbs
How To Make ~ creamy white cheddar & bacon - mac & cheese ~

1Prepare pasta, drain, cover and set aside. Preheat oven to 350 degree F. Spray an 11 x 7 casserole dish or a 9 inch deep pie plate with non stick spray or grease with butter. In a medium saucepan over medium heat, add soup, milk, cheese, spices, butter. Cook and stir until cheese and butter is melted and you have a silky sauce. Don't burn. Stir in 3/4 of the bacon.

2Mix the sauce with the pasta. Spread into prepared dish. Sprinkle with Panko crumbs and remainder of bacon.

3Place in oven and bake for 25 - 30 minutes or until nice and bubbly. Serve immediately.
