My thoughts exactly, Kelly. It sure would be nice to get some kind of a discount with all of the books that I have purchased. It also seems as the price has edged up a bit from the beginning. These days a lot of my birthday gifts and such are personalized cookbooks. That's about the only way that I can justify spending so much.

($50 dollars for twice as many recipes.) That would be too scary for ANYone to buy, so they slimmed it down to 50 to get people to buy them. JMHO, though. ;)

YES!! I often have so much trouble trying to fit only 50 recips into a book! I think the only reason it's 50 is because of the price. Who would pay $50 dollars for a non-hardcopy book?? (A "paperback" essentially.) $50 dollars would buy a VERY nice hard cover book with 4x's the amount of recipes with photos to boot. Soooo.....don't know what the solution is. I'd buy a TON of them if they weren't so expensive, though.
