Quick, no bake, strawberry pie my step-mother always made for the holidays.

Ingredients For strawberry pie

  • 1 sm
    package strawberry jello
  • 1 c
    water
  • 1 sm
    lemon, juiced
  • 1 c
    sugar
  • 3 Tbsp
    cornstarch
  • 2 Tbsp
    light corn syrup
  • 1 qt
    strawberries, hulled and sliced
  • 1
    9" graham pie crust

How To Make strawberry pie

  • 1
    Hull and slice strawberries, set into pie crust.

    Boil water, sugar, lemon juice, cornstarch, and corn syrup until thick.

    Dissolve jello in mix.

    Let cool.

    Pour over strawberries in pie crust.

    Chill until set.
