Have a tea party with your children or grandchildren. Or your neighbors, or church family, or for a baby shower or a new bride.
Tea, coffee, sandwiches, snacks, and little cakes. Don't forget the cream, sugar, lemon, and honey. Wear hats and use your good china. But most of all, have fun!

If you are too heated, it will cool you.
If you are depressed, it will cheer you.
