In the quest for better health, I continue to run across lists of foods that should be plentiful in the diet in order to achieve optimal health. This cookbook is a compilation of recipes for eight of the foods that have healing, life-giving properties:
SPINACH
YOGURT
TOMATOES
CARROTS
BLUEBERRIES
BLACK BEANS
WALNUTS
OATS

My speech went very well, but I haven't gotten my grade on it yet. I had a lot of positive response, and everyone wanted the recipe hand-out chart, as well as the JAP address for the cookbook!

This cookbook is a project for one of my school classes. I will also be using it in my persuasive speech for speech class to convince everyone that vegetables are curative, therapeutic foods that we all need more of.
