I do salmon several ways and this makes such a nice crust on the outside. I use a stove top grill, but any grill would work just fine. i spray the grill with spray before I heat it up.

Ingredients For grilled salmon

1 lbsalmon, cut into serving sized pieces

1/3 colive oil

1/3 cwhite wine
-
1 Tbspfreshly squeezed lemon juice

1/2 tspeach salt and pepper

1 lgsprig fresh rosemary, cut in a few pieces

1 Tbspminced garlic from a jar

1/2 lgonion, cut into thick rings
How To Make grilled salmon

1Put the salmon into a zip lock bag and put all ingredients into the bag. Rotate a few times and refrigerate to let marinate at least 1 hour.

2Oil the outside grill grates, or if using a stove top grill, spray with pam. Heat grill to med high.

3Grill the salmon on both sides, being sure to rotate the salmon 1/4 turn on each side to get nice hash marks on it.
