Here's my favorite healthy breakfast dish. I eat this for breakfast most mornings.
This makes a great bedtime snack, too. Or in the afternoon when you start craving something around 3 o'clock!

Ingredients For lovely greek yogurt

  • 2/3 c
    greek yogurt, fat-free
  • 1/4 - 1/2 c
    frozen fruit of choice (love wild blueberries)
  • 1/2 - 1 pkg
    no-calorie sweetener (i use stevia)

How To Make lovely greek yogurt

  • 1
    Place fruit in bottom of microwave safe bowl.
    Microwave on high power for 30 seconds. Stir in sweetener and yogurt.

    If using peaches or other large fruit, it helps if you chop them up first.
