Great Recipes! I think everyone is afraid of my Here Comes the Easter Bunny... Cake!

It is so easy though, and I have made it a few times. Just two layers, baked in two equal bowls, like pans, and one on bottom, topping it with frosting, and then top with other ‘bowl’ rounded side up. Place on a collar. Frost, add coconut and decorate with a bow tie!
It is so cute! But I understand if it is not easy enough. But it isn’t hard, and it is different enough to be unique and fun to see!
