Ingredients For easter adult peep's-stuffed jell-o shots

  • 2 - 6 oz pkg
    liberté méditerranée french vanilla yogurt
  • 2 env
    gelatin, unflavored
  • 3/4 c
    pinnacle cotton candy vodka
  • 1/4 c
    water
  • 12 - 15
    peeps, bunnies or chicks
  • ASSORTED EASTER COLORS:
  • light pink food coloring
  • light yellow food coloring
  • light blue food coloring
  • light purple food coloring
  • light green food coloring
  • GARNISH:
  • whipped cream, sweetened

How To Make easter adult peep's-stuffed jell-o shots

    Add gelatin to vodka & water. Set aside for about 2 - 4 minutes until gelatin blooms. Transfer mixture to a saucepan & heat until gelatin is dissolved.

    Divide yogurt mixture into 5 bowls & mix in food coloring until desired tint is achieved.

    Take plastic eggs (bottom 1/2) & place in empty egg carton.

    Pour colors into eggs & insert a peep in the center.

    Transfer fully assembled tray to the refrigerator to chill until set, about 5 hours.

    Using a pastry bag fitted with a small star tip & pipe whipped cream on the egg’s edge.
  • Looking at the yellow egg...the right pointy end (right) is the top - YOU DON'T WANT TO USE THAT END!  The left side is the bottom - that's the end you want to use.
