It's a tradition in our home to have a glass of eggnog during the holiday season and it's not for just sitting back by a warm fireplace and drinking , you can make alot of delicious dishes with it too.
Kim , I didn't Know you just started out really using oranges ,Your very knowledgeable about cooking with oranges ... You can be both!! LOL...I've always loved eggnog and have never really baked with it and just love all the recipes that you posted!! :-)
Yes, somehow my mind and mouth are still confused. LOL....he asked me again about them and I said I appreciate the thought but "I don't want eggnog eggs again, I don't l
ike them." :-)
Karla, now it went like this we encouraged you to start a group for Coconut Lovers because you truly are the coconut Queen and had so many recipes with coconut and I agreed to start the Orange group cause I thought it would be a great group to start because people love oranges. So, clarification on Oranges vs. Eggnog....Eggnog wins hands down. ROFL....for the holidays anyway. hehe
I am learning to love working with oranges in many different dishes and such. Since I started the group it is my first time to really use oranges in cooking and I hadn't ever even bought a jar of marmalade before but I love it now. Oranges are my new love but Eggnog is an old tried and true love. LOL -----love you both (Karla and Christine) you always bring a smile to my face. :-)
