My passion is anything to make, bake and create in the Kitchen.
I have had many challenges in my life and more than most.
I have had 2 Catastrophic Medical Events. Both resulting in my waking up sometime later from a coma. I lost my ability to walk but am working on walking again.
I also lost my husband 7/2020 to complications from Covid 19 and Huntingtons disease.
My kitchen has always brought me Happiness and is my place to escape.
The minute I decide to bake my mind is flooded with ideas of what I might want to do that day. I don't need to walk to bake and create.
