I enjoy baking cookies, breads, Italian Cheese Cake, Peach Kuchen, Easter Bread, to name a few. We use bread baking machines. The mixer that I use is a KitchenAid 6 quart lift mixer. Now I can knead breads using 6 cups or more flour. I have lived in Florida since 1997. I am a retired Systems Engineer with two MS degrees in Applied Mathematics. I love cats & dogs, yet am without a pet now. Maybe in the future I'll get another dog. Also enjoy British mystery programs such as Poirot, New Tricks, etc. Use the PC to find recipes that I save in the app Recipe Keeper and here in JustAPinch.
