Since I finally accepted the fact that you are what you eat - I now listen to my body and have changed my life.
Avoiding grain, sugar, dairy and salt sounds difficult - but when you're body tells you,usually by the next day, that eating the forbidden "fruit" has caused a bad reaction , it's easier than it seems.
This is a permanent life change for me. I went from being a near invalid to having a fun lifestyle again. No going back!
