Ingredients For cauliflower and swiss mash

  • 1
    head cauliflower broken into florets
  • 1 c
    swiss cheese shredded
  • 2 Tbsp
    butter
  • milk
  • salt and pepper
  • chives for garnish

How To Make cauliflower and swiss mash

  • 1
    Bring a pan of water to a boil. Add some salt and cauliflower florets. Cook until the cauiliflower is soft about 8 minutes.

    Drain add the cauliflower back to the pot and place over the heat for a few seconds to get it dry.
  • 3
    Mash the cauliflower with the cheese, butter and enough milk to make a mashed potato consistency. Garnish with chives.
