I am a foodie that come from a long line of excellent home cooks. I have family recipes from every part of my heritage. I'm Choctaw Indian, African American, Irish, Mexican and Jewish. My people love to love (LOL). We show that love through food. My mother, grandmothers, grandfather, uncles and Aunts have all taught me some of their most sacred recipes and I am honored that they entrusted me to treat them with the love and respect that they deserve. I also love to write poetry, reading, horseback riding and hanging with my family and close friends. However, cooking is my passion. I even cater.
