Hi JAP friends! Cooking and baking has always been a favorite hobby of mine. Nothing pleases me more than someone else enjoying one of my dishes. My love for whipping things up in the kitchen began at an early age. I grew up assisting both my grandmother, who cooked delicious traditional Filipino meals, and my mother, who was an exceptional baker as well as an amazing cook. Although they are no longer with me physically their memories live on through my own cooking and baking. I hope you enjoy one of my recipes. I look forward to trying many of yours. Happy Eating!
