Blue Ribbon Recipe

Want a fancier appetizer for a holiday party or New Year's Eve? These easy crab tartlets will be a huge hit. The egg holds the filling ingredients together making the texture similar to a quiche. They're full of sweet crab and tangy cheese with green onions peppered throughout. Once baked, the tart shells are crisp and a nice contrast to the creamy filling. No one needs to know how easy these are to make.
