I'm a North Florida girl, born and bred, but always longed to live in the Appalachian mountains. So at retirement, my hubs and I found our dream country house and settled north of Atlanta not too far from the Tennessee line. We were thrilled to have our youngest son Justin decide to also relocate with us, and he loves living here. It’s fun having him with us.

We love to cook, write, hunt for antiques, auctions, and take day trips. Love to find fresh fruits and vegetables for preserving and sharing with friends and family. Retirement is underrated!!
