I'm a Northerner, transplanted to Kentucky. I was meat-free for many years in Chicago, but found it wasn't so easy in the South. So, in an effort to lose the 25 lbs. I put on since moving here, I've converted to a plant-strong, oil-free diet. I'm loving adapting all my old stand-by recipes, as well as trying new ones and new ingredients. Go, veggies!
