57 year old Engineer. I am on disability for a while as I am on the Liver Transplant List at UCSD. My biggest focus is lo-salt Recipes. I have been doing good making everything from scratch but am always eager to try new creative ideas.

I use Mrs. Dash as well as a variety of spices to substitute salt. Never realized how quickly one can reach their recommended allowance. Ensure even has a significant amount. I don't think I will ever open a can of anything again.

I am actually doing quit well. I have been Meditating. I have a Partner of 29 years, a English Pointer named "Dude".
