Cooking is an art form for me. I try to present a meal that is as beautiful to look at as it is to eat. I've only really been cooking for a few years. Somehow I raised 4 kids and fed them something. But now they are all grown and out of the house. So I have adopted two bulldogs, Liz and Amy. They adore my cooking and are my greatest fans! Other than cooking, I'm a postal worker and an Army veteran.
