3very red apples (jonathan or gravenstein)

1/2lemon, juiced

3-4young stalks celery, cut in 1 cm (½ in) slices

100 g(3½ oz) walnuts, lightly toasted in a frying pan

1/2 cmayonnaise

sea salt
How To Make swiss apple salad

1Cut the apples into bite-sized pieces and pour on the lemon juice (this will stop the apples from going brown).

2Mix the apples with the celery, walnuts and mayonnaise, and taste for salt.
