I live in South Texas and unless I drive 35 miles east of here, I get no variety for my taste pallet. This gives me the opportunity to play in the kitchen and experiment with different flavors. I love Italian, Mexican, Cuban, Oriental and several other cuisines so when I'm in the mood for it and don't want to drive, I cook it myself and earn experience. What else can I say? I love cooking but I love eating even more!!!!
