I grew up in So. Cali. Married my high school sweetheart, we had 4 children. We moved here to LV on our son's 6th b'day & have lived now for over 16 yrs. I was a bit of a lazy cook while our children were growing up. I did perfect my 1st dish during those yrs...Lasagna. It had become a fam fave for many yrs. In my late 30's I really got in2 cooking & started collecting recipes & experimenting. 1 day while visiting our daughter & SIL, who were stationed in So. Cali., for the vry 1st time I made a Chicken Parm dish that he fell in love with :D Cooking has become fun & a passion for me now!
