I'm a baby boomer who loves God, my family including those cute grandkids, my granddogs, & helping others-in my real estate business (KayeSwain.com), in my neighborhood, with my family & friends, & in my church.

I am always on the lookout for recipes that are tasty, hopefully healthy, & definitely easy-quick is nice too. I am experimenting a lot this year with oven casseroles & crock pot recipes as they are easy for me to make & work well around helping my real estate clients & senior mom.

My grandkids & granddogs especially like the recipes that include goodies & treats for them!
