I love these burritos and eat them often. I also will order any bean and cheese or meat, bean and cheese anywhere with the add-on of lettuce tomato. They taste better and are healthier that way.

  • 1/2 can
    rosa maria or other refriend beans
  • 1 c
    romaine or other lettuce leaves
  • 1
    tomato chopped up
  • 1/2 c
    cheese shredded
  • 1/4 c
    salsa (i usually use pace)
  • flour tortillas

How To Make burritos ala kaye swain

    Warm the beans - I usually use the microwave

    Shred the lettuce, if you didn't buy it in small pieces

    Grate the cheese, if didn't buy pre-grated

    Chop the tomatos

    Heat the tortilla - depending on microwave - about 30-60 seconds. Fill the tortilla with beans, salsa, cheese, tomatos, lettuce, wrap, ENJOY
