2Shred the lettuce, if you didn't buy it in small pieces

3Grate the cheese, if didn't buy pre-grated

4Chop the tomatos

5Heat the tortilla - depending on microwave - about 30-60 seconds. Fill the tortilla with beans, salsa, cheese, tomatos, lettuce, wrap, ENJOY
