Celebrated my 70th birthday in September 2013. Where have the years gone?

I've lived all over the country: Idaho, Utah, Massachusetts, Arizona, Southern California, Missouri, and now I live in the southeastern corner of Iowa, a block and a half from the Mississippi River. Who woulda thunk it?

In January of 2012 I went back to college. What a wonderful difference that has made in my life.

I've taught the Arthritis Foundation Exercise Program for six years and love to see the positive changes in participant's lives.

And I love to cook!
