I'm Italian and love to cook dishes my Mother and both Grandmothers prepared growing up. My specialty is Italian food, such as chicken parmesan, lasagna, baked ziti, homemade pizza, sauce and meatballs, etc... Although I do love Mexican food and southern inspired dishes as well. I enjoy new recipes and stepping out of my comfort zone now and then. I've been told by many people I should have worked as a chef but I've always loved cooking as just a hobby. I LOVE recipes that are full of flavor and I really look forward to sharing my delicious recipes with everyone.
