I grew up in an Italian family so therefore food was always a big part of our lives. My Grandmother especially loved to cook, any time day or night.I wish I had her stamina in the kitchen. It was truly a labor of love for her.In my family, even my Dad and Uncle enjoyed cooking.Being a person of "size", I loved to eat, so this made me happy.As I grew older, cooking was more of a chore to me until I hit my 30's.Granted normal M-F cooking is still kinda drab to me but I like making special recipes and cooking for people that love to eat and appreciate food.
