My best ever career was being a "Cooking Coach" for Wegmans Food Markets in New York State. What fun! I got to show people how to prepare seafood and meats; let them taste them; and help them with their purchases. I also had the chance to try out my own recipes, and Wegmans now uses them for some of their products.
I have been married almost 25 yr to my best friend Rick and we are proud "parents" of our furbaby Harley, a Yorkie.
I love all cooking/cookbooks/recipes/cooking shows and love to entertain and especially bake.
