I'm a father of 3 and a BBQ enthusiast. I will literally try ANYTHING on the grill or in the smoker. I'm also lucky enough to get to travel for work quite a bit, and one of my hobbies is to try and recreate unique dishes that I enjoy abroad...usually with a BBQ involved somehow!
You will find many of my recipes are either simple versions of very good 3rd world ethnic dishes, some classic family recipes, or something involving fire and/or smoke!
All of them are tried and true as my purpose here on JAP is to properly record a lot of unique recipes that exist only in my head at the moment.
