Hello Everyone, My name is Nikki and was born in Denver Colorado on March 12 1970. I am in a great relationship with my honey of 7 years. We have no child but lots of niece and nephews.. Cooking is a huge part of my life, I haven't studied the with great professional chefs nor went to school to learn all the techniques. I'm just a home cook a Chef in my own head, lol
