Blue Ribbon Recipe

Panettone is a sweet Italian bread typically enjoyed at Christmas and New Year. With its soaked raisins, candied citrus panettone is a wonderful choice for bread pudding. This recipe is creamy and has a rich orange flavor with a nice sprinkle of chocolate chips on top. When pannetone is available around Christmas, it's a wonderful dessert to make.
