Originally from Nebraska, I have lived in the South for more than 30 years. My family has had the biggest impact on me with regards to my cooking. My grandma was full Czech, so my mother learned many great things from her. I have also been impacted by the states I have lived in. Georgia, Mississippi,Tennessee, Louisiana, and Texas. Through the years I have met and made friends with so many great cooks. Swapping recipes is such a great way to bond and find common ground. I love entertaining and cooking for my friends and family.
