I've been cooking personally and professionally for 40 years. I graduated from Culinary school in 2006. I've catered, worked in Las Vegas hotel and casinos and family owned eateries. Cooking has always been very easy for me and I usually can make just about anything having b the ingredients. I've been away from this site for a while, but because of this COVID-19 and having bto stay at home I have time to post. I hope you all enjoy my treasures.
