I am a Registered Nurse employed full-time at a local long-term care facility in Uniontown, PA. I work as an RNAC and put in some very long hours. Needless to say, those long hours prevent me from being able to prepare a good, quick meal when I get home. Just a Pinch to the rescue! I enjoy all the recipes and all that I have tried have been an absolute hit with my husband, who very rarely wants to try anything different (he is plain meat and potatoes type man). Thanks for a wonderful site that is easy to navigate and all the wonderful recipes!
