I'm in the process of achieving my goal in becoming a chef.....For cooking, baking, canning has always been a great passion of mine. Over the past decade - I have entered, won and even been published in various cooking magazines; MidWest Living, Grandparents.com, Blue Crab Bay Co., Taste of Home, Bush's Baked Beans, Norfolk Admirals Cookbook, Tito's, wine / Sisterhood,etc.. As of this posting; I'm in the process of writing & creating a a few cookbooks; they will focus on ex: Gluten Free, beverages, favorite recipes, herbs, etc..
