I enjoy cooking but in the last few years I have been unable to cook as often as I like to. I have had Multiple Sclerosis since 1995. It has limited most of my activity but I still love to cook and usually rely on quick easy recipes but occasionally I will tackle a more difficult one. I enjoy this website immensely. I do plan on adding more of my favorite easy recipes for everyone to enjoy and hope they may also help others who are chronically ill.
