I have always loved to cook and bake from scratch. I'm a pastry chef, after going through Pastry Arts classes and learning as much as I could. I don't do it professionally, as I discovered I like to do it whenever I want -- for holidays, in the mood and especially therapy! Baking is so therapeutic!

We are avid dog-lovers and rescue and foster. We have a crew of 16 now, 5 of those being fosters, a mom & her 4 babies who were within hours of being put down when the hubby went to pick them up. We have started making our own dog food after discovering one of ours has cancer.
