I'm just an every day stay at home mom. I began cooking as an adult. Unfortunately, my mother didn't have the skill of cooking to share with me. It was a lot of trial and error, but I finally figured things out. I love cooking and making up recipes. When my husband or boys asked what's for dinner, I'll say "mom surprise". They know that I've made up a dish to try on them.
