I'm a mom, wife, Christian (Baptist), and lover of all things food (and coffee). I'm practically an expert in my happiest place in the world - the kitchen!

As an Italian girl, born and raised in New England, I transplanted to South Florida at 18. Thereafter, I embarked on a journey to learn to cook pretty much everything from the Italian & Mediterranean foods of my heritage, Southern comfort foods, Mexican (my husband is half Mexican) and Cuban, and everything in between. When it comes to my Italian and Mexican cooking, I take authenticity very seriously!
