I am an expert cook. I have been baking and working in a kitchen since I was 16 years old. My specialty happens to be anything with yeast. I worked years developing the perfect pizza dough. I finally came up with one that works perfect thick or thin, oven or grill, make in the morning, use it at night. I also love to make homemade pastas. A few years ago, I got into making my own yogurt and cheeses. I am a jack of all trades. By day, I am a math professor, by night chief chef and bottle washer. My life is full and busy.
