Born and raised in the same area but with many trips from here to Africa has given me the desire to create foods with a touch of this and that. My husband before he passed away was a meat and potato man so this was easy. Now cooking for myself and other family members involve much more. My goal is to be creative, and share the joy of cooking with my granddaughter. As a home school teacher I have the ability to spend time in the kitchen more and hand down what I know about cooking as well as learn from others. Fun is the key word for me in cooking.
